Submission Fees.

This covers case expenditure. It ensures a high level and professional service. These fees are usually around £39-£99+VAT but will depend on the case specifics. It's always best to speak to us about your case, and once we know all about the search we can then give an accurate quotation. 

Location Fees

Location fees are only payable upon success and are typically between £49-£199+VAT. This will depend on work undertaken during the search mediations or ongoing work that we do or after we have undertaken the search. 

All costs are agreed before we commence any searches, there are never any hidden costs, add ons, or surprises.

Submission Fees.

The industry and our history

When the company was first formed in 1996, it was very similar to much of the skip tracing agents out there today.

We had many people sitting at desks, running each search within 5-15 minutes and emailing details to our clients. The lack of additional checks or clarification meant that many clients came back for case rechecks, questions or clarifications. The simple method had a major floor.  There was no time to chat with customers. No time at all! This impacted staff morale, and it impacts client results.

We realised that many of the submitted traces had different problems that needed different solutions. Each case needed to be evaluated and costed individually.

So we implemented a submission fee. This is a separate fee for case expenditure. This fee ensures that we have enough time and budget to work the case thoroughly from every angle. We have time to access and analyze every detail supplied and can take steps to expand on this information and go one to offer a successfully confirmed trace. It can NOT be a 15-minute operation!

These simple changes to our approach made People Location market leaders in today’s people tracing niche.

Today, many traces are worked for 2-3 weeks, multiple applications and searches are completed. We now write to, and telephone people, and we have access to the UK’s most powerful databases. Not only all this but every team member is a fully trained expert in their field.
