When the company was first formed in 1996, Since opening our doors from a small office in Surbiton, Surrey the company has evolved. We were the first company to set up a public user-friendly website. Our main clientele was private detectives / private investigators. Although private investigators continue to be a core clientele for us, we also complete work for solicitors, Local councils, government departments, and media companies. 

We are proud to be described as "THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS" by returning clients who have used our services for over a decade. clients.

Back in the 1990's teams worked on a commission. We were not paid unless the trace was successful. This put additional pressure on team members to get higher success rates. That’s why today's low-budget agents will more than often supply a fast result that can often be wrong! In turn, unhappy clients. This is an age-old method.

This was typical of the small industry at the time and so this went on.

In 2005, Mark Robbins was dealing with floor management and case-to-agent allocations. He decided that, if we were going to operate, we are going to be the best at what we do!
